Warranty Coverage

StoreWALL Australia, the authorized distributor of StoreWALL products, honours all rights under Australian Consumer Law.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product within the warranty period, free of charge.

Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper installation, negligence, unauthorised repairs, alteration, or transfer from the original purchaser will void the warranty.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether implied or expressed. StoreWALL Australia is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. (storewall.com.au)


Return Policy

Need to return something? Here’s how:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except warranty claims. At our discretion we may choose to waive this.
  • You are responsible for return shipping (we recommend using a trackable, insured courier).
  • No returns accepted without prior approval.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • For returns under 14 days, we’ll refund the purchase price minus any restocking fee (this may be waived at our discretion).
  • For warranty claims, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Processing time may vary by financial institution.

Reporting Damage in Transit

To protect your order during shipping:

  • Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
  • Report any damage within 48 hours—this includes opening packaging in front of the delivery person and noting damage on the receipt. The 48 hour limit is a strict limit due to the insurance coverage offered by the courier or 3rd party insurer we may use.
  • Delayed reporting WILL affect your claim eligibility.

Order Cancellation & Refund Fees

Changed your mind before delivery?

  • Cancelled orders incur a 2% cancellation fee to cover administration and payment processing costs.
  • Duplicate orders caused by technical errors will be fully refunded.
  • For AfterPay orders, a 6.6% administration fee (the cost charged to us by AfterPay) applies.

Refunds outside these policies are considered on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 21 business days.


Legal Rights

These policies are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be waived or limited.
