Load Capacity — Repaired Panels
Because these panels are repaired, the rated Heavy Duty load capacities should not be relied upon. Use them for light and medium items only — hooks with small tools, lightweight baskets, brooms, spray bottles, and similar. Do not use for kayaks, heavy shelving loads, or Ultra Duty hooks.
Installation
Installs using Heavy Duty InstallStrips — 1 per panel, 4 total for the carton. Each 1143mm HD InstallStrip breaks into three equal sections — 381mm, 762mm, or full 1143mm length. Screw to wall studs through plasterboard, then hook panels onto InstallStrip claws.
Note: These are Heavy Duty panels. Do not use Standard Duty InstallStrips — the groove profiles are different and SD strips will not seat correctly on HD panels.
Compatible Accessories
All CamLok accessories — hooks, shelves, brackets, baskets and bins — are compatible. Global Pine is a wood-look finish; variation in grain and tint between panels is normal and not a defect.
