A garage wall is a significant investment. The colour you choose will be on that wall for years, and colours in photos on a screen don't always translate to what they look like in your garage lighting. That's why we offer panel samples — a real piece of Standard Duty panel in your chosen colour, posted to you, so you can hold it against your wall before you place a full order.

Samples cost AU$10.99 which includes postage Australia-wide. You can order up to two colours in one bag — same colour twice, or two different colours.

Which Colours Are Available

What You're Actually Receiving

The sample is a genuine section of Standard Duty panel — the same material, profile, groove depth, and surface finish as a panel from a full carton. It's large enough to hold against your wall, check the colour under your garage lighting, and run a finger across the texture. It's not a paint chip or a laminate swatch — it's the real thing.

Standard Duty panels are 16.7mm thick, solid extruded PVC, with four grooves per panel at 76mm on-centre spacing. CamLok accessories click directly into these grooves, so if you also have an accessory you want to test the fit of, the sample will work for that too.

How to Choose — One Sample or Two?

The bag holds two samples. If you're deciding between two colours — Weathered Grey and Brite White is the most common comparison — order both in one delivery. Hold each against your wall in the actual light conditions of your garage (natural light, overhead fluorescent, or evening with lights on — whichever is most relevant to how you use the space).

The colour that disappears into the background is usually the wrong one. You want the panel colour that makes your hooks, tools, and stored items stand out clearly at a glance, not blend in.

How large is the sample piece?

The sample is a cut section of Standard Duty panel — typically around 150mm in width, large enough to check colour, texture, and groove profile clearly. It's posted in a padded bag to arrive undamaged.

How long does delivery take?

Sample bags ship via standard post. Allow 3–7 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote addresses may take slightly longer. The $10.99 covers shipping Australia-wide.

Will the sample colour match a full carton exactly?

Yes.

Can I use the sample to test accessory fit?

Yes. The sample has the same groove profile and dimensions as a full panel. CamLok accessories will slot in, lock, and release exactly as they would on an installed wall. It's a useful way to confirm a hook or shelf fits as expected before ordering.
