The StoreWALL 45mm Plasterboard Anchor solves a common installation problem — no stud where you need one. When fixing InstallStrips to a plasterboard wall, the ideal is to screw into a timber stud every time. But studs are typically spaced 450mm or 600mm apart, and sometimes a stud simply doesn't land where your InstallStrip needs a fixing point.

This self-drilling plasterboard anchor threads directly into the plasterboard without pre-drilling, creating a solid fixing point between studs. It takes an 8G screw and holds up to 10KG — sufficient for the supplementary fixing role it's designed for.

Important: Plasterboard anchors are a gap-fill solution — not a primary fixing method. InstallStrips should still be fixed to wall studs wherever possible. Use these anchors only to add supplementary fixing points between studs where no stud is available. Do not rely on plasterboard anchors alone to support the full weight of a loaded StoreWALL installation.
